About the workshop
People assume that real, paper-thin, elastic fresh pasta is a complicated process that needs expensive equipment and endless patience. In truth it comes down to ratios, kneading technique and the warmth of your hands.
This is a relaxed evening in the K2 kitchen. Flour everywhere, good company, and the techniques that turn the simplest ingredients into silky pasta any trattoria would be happy to serve.

Which flour does what, how much egg it takes, and why the same dough behaves differently in every kitchen.

The hand movement that makes dough elastic, and the half hour you should not skip.

Why not every sauce suits every shape, and how to marry the two in the pan.
Dates
A ticket is for one session, on the day you choose – not for all five. The same workshop runs every evening that week from Tuesday to Saturday; you decide which one to come to.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a pasta machine?
No. We work by hand as well as by machine – a rolling pin is enough at home.
Do I need cooking experience?
No. This is the best entry point of all our sessions: you feel what is happening under your hands straight away.
How long does it take?
Four to five hours, with dinner together at the end.
Is there a couple ticket?
Yes, HUF 50,000 for two – our best value couple ticket.
Is it suitable for children?
Pasta making is our most family-friendly session; check the age guidance on the specific date.
